Liverpool overcame a 4-0 loss to Manchester United in Bangkok to overcome Crystal Palace by a score of 2-0 in Singapore.

With 52 players utilised in all over the course of the 90 minutes, Jurgen Klopp and Patrick Vieira's team earned their first preseason victory.

Jordan Henderson, the team's captain, opened the scoring early on with a deft finish off Harvey Elliott's pass, and soon after the half, Mo Salah, a replacement, swerved home to extend the Reds' lead.

As Vieira's Palace left for Australia to resume their preparations for 2022–23, Klopp's team returned to Europe to play RB Leipzig late in the game. Liverpool may have extended their lead at that point.
